Belmond is seeking a Human Resources Intern for Villa Sant’Andrea, starting in October 2026. The intern will support HR operations, employee records, recruitment, onboarding, projects and employee engagement, and assist the HR Manager with policies and processes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR Manager.
- Compile and update employee records and maintain the employee database.
- Coordinate HR projects and training meetings.
- Coordinate candidate communications and schedule interviews.
- Support the HR Manager in providing initial orientation to newly hired employees.
- Coordinate social activities for employees.
- Support corporate social responsibility activities.
- Assist with creating HR policies, processes, and documents.
- Support the HR Manager in attracting, hiring, and retaining employees.
Qualifications
- Degree in human resources or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws.
- Good knowledge of English and Italian; French is a plus.

This position is based in Taormina, Sicily, Italy, within easy reach of Messina.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 600 per month.
