Belmond’s Copacabana Palace offers an internship opportunity for candidates seeking to begin a career in luxury hospitality and develop in Human Resources and personnel administration. The role has a daily schedule of 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.; the internship contract terms are not stated.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Economics, and/or Accounting, from the second semester onward.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible with deadlines.
- Proactive, dynamic, and collaborative, with an interest in learning and developing in Human Resources.
- Able to work with documents, spreadsheets, systems, and administrative controls.
- Interested in Human Resources and personnel administration routines, particularly employee support, benefits, hiring, and document control.
- Previous experience in Human Resources or personnel administration is not required; experience with administrative routines is an advantage.
- English fluency is desirable.
