Castello di Casole, a Belmond Hotel, seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to inspect guest rooms and public areas, coordinate room attendants and linen porters, and train junior team members. The role is seasonal for the 2027 season under CCNL Turismo Federalberghi.
Role & Responsibilities
- Inspect guest rooms, suites, and public spaces daily after cleaning to ensure they are impeccably presented before being released to guests.
- Assign daily section workloads to Room Attendants and Linen Porters, managing productivity and priorities.
- Conduct daily morning briefings to communicate VIP arrivals, special room setups, and maintenance issues.
- Monitor stock levels of linens, cleaning chemicals, and guest amenities on room floors.
- Train junior housekeeping team members in cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and guest privacy standards.
Qualifications
- A sharp eye for aesthetic detail, cleanliness standards, and room arrangement.
- Leadership ability to motivate room teams effectively.
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems, including Opera, for room-status reporting.
- Fluent Italian and proficient English.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of housekeeping supervisory experience in a 5-star hotel.
