Belmond is seeking a Room Attendant for Romazzino, a Belmond Hotel Costa Smeralda, in Porto Cervo for the 2027 season. The role maintains the cleanliness, comfort and presentation of guest rooms and assigned areas; this seasonal position follows the Tourism Sector C.C.N.L. – Confindustria.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness, order and presentation of guest rooms and assigned areas in line with company standards.
- Service guest rooms in accordance with operating procedures and required timeframes.
- Keep housekeeping service pantries organised and consistently stocked with supplies and equipment.
- Handle guests’ personal belongings with the utmost care and discretion.
- Use and maintain equipment, materials and company property carefully.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Commitment to delivering high service standards, with a strong sense of prioritisation and responsibility.
