Villa Sant’Andrea, a Belmond Hotel, is recruiting for the 2027 season across management and administration, food and beverage, culinary and pastry, front office and housekeeping, and leisure and wellness. Candidates may apply by 25 October 2026 to attend the in-person Career Day on 4 November 2026; suitable applicants will be contacted to confirm attendance, and online interviews may be available from mid-November 2026 for those unable to attend.
Qualifications
- Established prior experience in the role within luxury hotels or restaurants, preferably five-star settings.
- For internship positions, strong motivation, relevant studies and a pronounced willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer focus and attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English; proficiency in additional foreign languages is preferred.
- Passion for elite hospitality, professionalism, elegance and a strong team spirit.
