The Hostess at Jimbaran Puri, A Belmond Hotel, creates a welcoming first impression and supports an exceptional dining experience through attentive, personalized guest service. This daily worker role includes greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, presenting menus, responding to guest needs, and maintaining an organized hostess area.

Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, creating a positive first impression.
• Manage guest seating arrangements and reservations efficiently, ensuring smooth table allocation and guest flow.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus, providing a warm and personalized introduction.
• Assist guests with inquiries, special requests, dietary requirements, and general information about the restaurant.
• Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized hostess area.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, a restaurant, or customer service is an advantage.
• Friendly, warm, and attentive demeanor, with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with guests and team members.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest requests efficiently.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and service-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
