Belmond invites hospitality candidates to an in-person recruitment day at Splendido, Splendido Mare and Villa Beatrice in Portofino on 6 November 2026, from 09:30 to 17:00, ahead of the season opening in March 2027. Openings span food and beverage, rooms and spa; attendance requires preliminary screening, and selected candidates should bring an updated CV. Roles are offered on seasonal contracts under the CCNL Turismo (Federalberghi).

Qualifications
- A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional attention to detail.
- Previous experience in the relevant role; experience in five-star environments or fine-dining/Michelin restaurants is preferred.
- Excellent command of Italian and English; a third language is an advantage.
- Strong teamworking aptitude.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Italy, with EU citizenship or a valid residence permit.
- Candidates selected through the preliminary screening must bring an updated CV to the in-person event.
