The Hospitality Intern joins Copacabana Palace, a Belmond Hotel, with placements available in Concierge, Guest Relations, Guest Service, Housekeeping, Reservations and Reception. The internship offers exposure to international luxury standards, guest relations and hotel operations; the schedule is 5 days on and 2 days off.
Role & Responsibilities
- Learn and practise international luxury standards (LQA).
- Develop English language skills in an international, multicultural environment.
- Build communication and interpersonal relationship skills, creating genuine connections and personalised guest experiences.
- Learn how different areas of luxury hospitality work together to deliver memorable experiences.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a higher education degree in Tourism or Hospitality.
- Available to work a 5-on/2-off schedule.
- Advanced or fluent English.
