The Guest Relations Intern supports guest service, follows up on requests and assists with butler services at Copacabana Palace, a Belmond hotel. The internship offers practical experience in luxury hospitality, LQA service standards, English in an international environment, hotel operations and the hotel’s operating system. Schedule availability is required for shifts of 08:00–15:00, 12:00–19:00 or 15:00–22:00, on a 5-on, 2-off schedule.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support guest service by following up on requests and assisting with butler services, helping deliver a personalised, memorable experience.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a higher-education degree in Tourism or Hospitality Management.
- Available to intern on one of the following schedules: 08:00–15:00, 12:00–19:00 or 15:00–22:00.
- Available to work a 5-on, 2-off schedule.
- Fluent English; proficiency will be tested.
