Belmond’s Grand Hotel Timeo in Taormina seeks an empathetic, proactive Guest Relations Agent to personalize guest stays and anticipate guest needs. The role includes VIP arrivals, pre-stay planning, in-room check-ins, guest request resolution and coordination of bespoke amenities; it is a seasonal contract under C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Federalberghi.
Role & Responsibilities
- Review daily arrival lists to identify VIPs, repeat guests, special celebrations and specific guest preferences.
- Contact guests before arrival to support pre-stay planning and curate tailored itineraries.
- Personally welcome VIP guests, conduct in-room check-ins and provide tailored introductions to the property.
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact during stays, resolving feedback and special requests promptly and empathetically.
- Coordinate bespoke guest amenities, celebratory gifts and farewell touches with department heads.
Qualifications
- Natural empathy, warmth and outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving agility and creative flair for guest surprise-and-delight initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills and experience with CRM and PMS systems.
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in Guest Relations, Concierge or Front Office in luxury hospitality.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Taormina, Sicily, Italy.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 24,000 to EUR 25,000 per annum.
