Romazzino, a Belmond Hotel on Costa Smeralda, is seeking a Front Office Agent for the 2027 season on a seasonal contract under C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo (Confindustria). The agent will deliver polished guest experiences, anticipate guest needs and preferences, manage Front Office operations, guest payments and communications, and complete end-of-day accounting checks.
Role & Responsibilities
- Carry out Front Office operations in accordance with company policies, standards and procedures, maintaining high standards at all times.
- Handle cash accounting, including payment of guest bills.
- Communicate relevant guest and group activity to the appropriate internal teams.
- Anticipate guest needs and handle complaints professionally.
- Ensure all guest details are collected accurately.
- Run end-of-day processes and complete all relevant day-closure accounting checks.
- Ensure all relevant communications are processed correctly.
