The Food and Beverage Service Intern at Jimbaran Puri, A Belmond Hotel, supports restaurant preparation and service, guest care, hygiene and food safety, and daily coordination with colleagues and other departments. The contract is an internship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare restaurants, dining areas, and service stations before operations.
- Welcome and assist guests warmly, courteously, and professionally.
- Support the team in taking orders and serving food and beverages according to hotel standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of dining areas and service equipment.
- Set, clear, and reset tables during service.
- Attend promptly to guest needs and communicate requests to relevant team members.
- Support hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
- Learn and follow standard operating procedures for Food and Beverage Service operations.
- Replenish stock and handle service equipment properly.
- Work with colleagues and other departments to support smooth daily operations.
- Show genuine care and hospitality to guests and colleagues.
- Provide attentive, thoughtful, and personalized service.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Hospitality, Hotel Management, Food and Beverage, or related program.
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage Service or hospitality is advantageous but not required.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, positive, and service-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to learn and develop hospitality skills.
- Good grooming and personal hygiene.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic working environment.
- Physically fit and able to support daily Food and Beverage Service activities.
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Indonesian citizenship required.

Experience
Previous experience in Food and Beverage Service or hospitality is advantageous but not required.
Education
