The Food and Beverage Culinary Intern supports the Kitchen and Food & Beverage Product team with food preparation, production, kitchen operations, hygiene, and service for daily operations and special events. This contract internship runs from January to July 2027 and is intended for students pursuing or recently graduated from a culinary, hospitality, or related program.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Kitchen team with daily food preparation and production in accordance with hotel standards.
- Help prepare and present food according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Assist with receiving, storing, and handling food ingredients.
- Follow standard operating procedures and food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support the Kitchen team during daily operations, events, and special functions.
- Demonstrate discipline, teamwork, and a willingness to learn throughout the internship.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or related program.
- Previous kitchen or culinary experience is an advantage but is not required.
- Passion for culinary arts and interest in developing professional kitchen skills.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from experienced culinary professionals.
- Indonesian citizenship is required.
