Hotel Cipriani, a Belmond Hotel, is seeking an Events Office Intern for the 2027 season. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week internship runs from April to the end of September 2027 and supports site inspections, offer preparation, supplier coordination, and event readiness, with at least two months of close initial guidance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the events team during site inspections for prospective guests and clients.
- Assist with preparing offers.
- Support event management, from liaising with suppliers through to checking that everything is ready at the start of a party or banquet.
- Complete primarily office-based work, with at least two months of close initial guidance.
Qualifications
- Currently studying at a post-diploma hospitality training institute, a tourism training academy, or a degree programme in hospitality.
- The internship must be curricular, or extracurricular only for recent graduates.
- Available full-time for 40 hours per week over five days, from April to the end of September 2027.
- Good knowledge of Italian and English and confidence using IT tools.
- Motivation, good communication, attention to detail, and a desire to grow and learn.
- Residence in the local area is preferred.
- Must hold the documents required to work in Italy.
