Splendido, A Belmond Hotel, seeks a Dishwasher for Villa Beatrice in Portofino for the 2027 season. The role reports to the Villa Manager and covers dishwashing, kitchen cleanliness, waste disposal and hygiene compliance; seasonal contract under the Tourism Sector C.C.N.L., Level 6 Steward, from March to October 2027, with the aim of continued collaboration in subsequent seasons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manually and mechanically wash dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots and kitchen utensils.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the dishwashing area and throughout the kitchen.
- Dispose of waste correctly.
- Work with the kitchen team to ensure an efficient workflow.
- Comply with hygiene, health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the role, preferably in a high-end hotel or restaurant.
- Reliability, precision and attention to hygiene.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Knowledge of HACCP regulations is an advantage.
