The Director of Housekeeping leads housekeeping and laundry operations at Cap Juluca, a Belmond Hotel, overseeing luxury standards, team development, budgets, forecasting, inventory, and sustainability. The role requires 3–5+ years of senior housekeeping leadership experience in an ultra-luxury resort or hotel and offers annual compensation of USD 50,000–60,000.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the resort to consistently achieve and exceed Forbes Five-Star and LQA (+90 points) benchmarks.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and empower the housekeeping and laundry team to deliver intuitive, heartfelt service.
- Oversee the presentation of every room, villa, and public space.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, inventory, and cross-departmental coordination.
- Champion eco-responsible practices in alignment with LVMH’s global sustainability vision.

Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of senior housekeeping leadership experience in a Forbes Five-Star or equivalent ultra-luxury international resort or hotel.

- Financial acumen, including confidence in budgeting, labour management, and departmental forecasting.
- Mastery of Property Management Systems and modern housekeeping technology platforms.
