The Culinary Intern supports culinary operations at Copacabana Palace, A Belmond Hotel, with placements available at Restaurante Pérgula (08:00–15:00 or 15:00–22:00) and Michelin-starred pan-Asian Restaurante MEE (15:00–22:00). This internship follows a 5x2 schedule.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is USD 1,150 per month.
