The Concierge Intern at Copacabana Palace, a Belmond Hotel, gains practical experience in luxury hospitality, learning LQA service standards, hotel operations, and the property’s operating system while practising English in an international environment. Internship schedule options are 08:00–15:00, 12:00–19:00, or 15:00–22:00, on a 5-on, 2-off schedule.
Role & Responsibilities
- Learn and apply luxury hospitality service standards, including LQA standards.
- Practise English in an international, multicultural environment.
- Develop a systemic understanding of hotel operations and how departments work together to deliver excellence.
- Gain practical experience in luxury hospitality at a globally recognised hotel.
- Learn and practise the operating system used by leading hotels.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a higher-education degree in Tourism or Hospitality.
- Available to work one of the following schedules: 08:00–15:00, 12:00–19:00, or 15:00–22:00.
- Available to work a 5-on, 2-off schedule.
- Fluent English; proficiency will be tested.
