Belmond is seeking a Commis Waiter to support food and beverage service at Restaurante Pérgula in Copacabana Palace, delivering luxury service and distinctive guest experiences. The role requires at least six months of restaurant experience in the position or a similar one and completed secondary education; advanced English is an advantage.
