The Chef de Partie reports to the Chef and prepares and oversees the preparation, cooking and presentation of dishes, while supervising the Commis assigned to the section and upholding kitchen health and safety standards. The role requires at least one year of experience in the same position at establishments of a comparable standard and is a seasonal contract under the C.C.N.L. Tourism Sector.
Role & Responsibilities
- Comply with kitchen health and safety standards and report any issues.
- Prepare and oversee the preparation, cooking and presentation of dishes.
- Supervise the Commis on the assigned section in preparing, cooking and presenting dishes.
