Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to company standards and approved recipes.
• Measure drinks accurately and maintain consistently high presentation standards.
• Provide attentive, professional, personalised service to create an exceptional guest experience.
• Support beverage sales and contribute to guest satisfaction throughout the journey.
• Assist with stock management, deliveries, storage, replenishment and inventory control.
• Support cashier procedures and handle all bar transactions accurately.
• Complete bar mise en place and ensure readiness before each service.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organisation and presentation of the bar and operating equipment.
• Assist with clearing, cleaning and resetting bar areas after service.
• Report guest feedback, stock concerns, maintenance requirements and operational issues to management.
• Collaborate with colleagues and onboard departments to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.
• Maintain Food & Beverage standards and comply with company procedures and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender, barman, mixologist or bar waiter in luxury hotels, high-end bars, fine-dining restaurants, cruise ships or premium hospitality environments.
• Passion for luxury hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong beverage knowledge, cocktail preparation skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with international guests in a multicultural environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment while maintaining exceptional standards.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Team-player attitude with a proactive and flexible approach.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexibility to travel extensively across Europe and work varying schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
