Castello di Casole, a Belmond Hotel, seeks a proactive, detail-oriented Barback to support the bar team with preparation, service, and back-bar organization. This is a seasonal position for Season 2027 under the CCNL Turismo Federalberghi.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders with bar setup, fruit preparation, ice stocking, and glass polishing before and during service.
- Clear bar tables, transport used glassware to dishwashing areas, and promptly restock clean supplies.
- Serve non-alcoholic beverages, coffee, and light snacks under the guidance of senior bar staff.
- Maintain clean and organized back-bar storage areas, refrigerators, and cellars.
- Learn cocktail recipes, spirit categories, and bar service etiquette to develop professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous experience or educational background in bartending or hospitality service.
- Passion for mixology, spirits, and beverage hospitality.
- Proactive work style, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Fluent Italian and good working knowledge of English.
