Romazzino, A Belmond Hotel, is seeking a Barback to support bar operations, including table and beach service, drink preparation assistance, glasswashing and equipment upkeep. The role is seasonal under the C.C.N.L. Tourism Sector – Confindustria and supports high service standards and an impeccable guest experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Carries out duties within the Bar department.
- Serves and clears tables, including beach service.
- Assists bartenders with drink preparation.
- Washes glasses.
- Keeps all work materials and equipment clean and in good condition.
- Performs duties in accordance with company policies, procedures and standards, maintaining high service levels.
- Attends to every aspect of the guest experience throughout the stay, providing impeccable service.
