Splendido, A Belmond Hotel, is seeking an Assistant Human Resources Manager to support the HR Manager across recruitment, training and development, HR reporting and HRIS, talent acquisition, employer branding, and employee wellbeing. The role requires around five years of generalist HR experience, preferably in hospitality, and offers compensation according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo – Level 1, with an increase and benefits including accommodation, a staff canteen, and access to Discovering Belmond.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.
- Assist in planning training sessions and learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Support the HR Manager in analysing HR reports.
- Assist in maintaining HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and efficient workflow processes.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and promote Splendido and Belmond as employers of choice.
- Assist with administering employee benefits programmes and special initiatives for employee wellbeing.
- Act as an ambassador for Belmond's values, standards, and policies at all times, both within and outside the workplace.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, training, and employee relations.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and a strong understanding of HR reporting and analytics.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering outstanding results.
