Castello di Casole, a Belmond Hotel, seeks an Assistant Chef de Rang to support restaurant floor operations and deliver refined guest service. This is a seasonal contract for the 2027 season under CCNL Turismo Federalberghi.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Chef de Rang with station service, take orders for water and bread, and assist with dish delivery.
- Prepare immaculate mise en place, table settings, and side stands before service.
- Interact politely with guests, provide basic menu information, and anticipate their immediate needs.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently between courses.
- Communicate closely with the kitchen brigade to ensure smooth course timing.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of luxury service etiquette and beverage presentation.
- Elegant presentation, politeness, and strong attention to detail.
- A strong desire to progress into a Chef de Rang role.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of food service experience in 4- or 5-star luxury hotels or upscale restaurants.
