The Spanish-Speaking Sales Advisor represents Balmain and its collections at Galeries Lafayette, advising clients and supporting sales, service, cash operations, product presentation, replenishment, merchandising, stock organization, and inventories. This is a full-time permanent position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and advise clients to complete sales in line with the Maison’s service standards.
- Deliver high-quality service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist with cash register operations and payment processing.
- Showcase products and maintain the boutique’s presentation.
- Receive, label, and install products in the boutique.
- Monitor store replenishment and merchandising.
- Organize and maintain stockroom inventory.
- Actively participate in inventory preparation and execution.
Qualifications
- Successful experience in a similar role at a luxury ready-to-wear boutique in a department store; prior experience at Galeries Lafayette is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with confidence serving both French and international clients.
- Dynamic, passionate about sales and client service, recognized for teamwork and commercial acumen, and attentive to personal presentation.
