Balmain is seeking a Sales Associate for its historic François 1er boutique in Paris. The role represents the brand and its collections while supporting client service, sales, merchandising, stock management and inventories. Permanent, full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide clients in the boutique and close sales in accordance with the House’s service standards.
- Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty through consistently optimal service.
- Assist with boutique cash register operations and payments.
- Present and showcase products in the boutique.
- Receive, label and place products on the sales floor.
- Maintain store replenishment and merchandising.
- Monitor and organize stock.
- Prepare for and participate in inventories.
Qualifications
- Confirmed experience of 3–5 years in a similar role at a luxury ready-to-wear boutique.
- Experience in events is an asset.
- Excellent command of French and English; a third language is an asset.
- Excellent personal presentation and strong sensitivity to fashion and luxury products.
- Very strong interpersonal skills and listening abilities.
- Dynamic and enthusiastic, with a team-oriented mindset.
