Balmain seeks a Sales Associate for its Metzingen outlet to deliver personalized luxury client service, develop client loyalty, and support store operations and team objectives. This full-time fixed-term contract runs from October 2026 through September 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver customer care in line with Balmain’s service expectations.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through personalized service.
- Maintain store organization and cleanliness, and replenish merchandise throughout the store.
- Work collaboratively to meet brand and store objectives.
- Comply with Balmain policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role within a leading luxury house, ideally in Metzingen.
- Familiarity with luxury brand service standards.
- A client book of potential significant clients.
- Regular attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to interact professionally with management and coworkers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization capabilities.
- Fluency in German and English; Russian or Ukrainian is ideal.
