Balmain is recruiting a Press Assistant for a full-time, six-month internship starting in November 2026. The role supports the Press and Celebrity department through press-loan coordination, weekly reporting, strategic monitoring, and preparation of presentations and reports for Marketing teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities for the Press and Celebrity department.
- Manage press loans, including coordinating selections, handling logistics, arranging shipments and returns, and tracking all pieces.
- Coordinate and prepare weekly reports, monitoring performance and media coverage.
- Conduct strategic monitoring of communications opportunities, talent profiles, and industry news.
- Help prepare presentations and strategic reports for the Maison’s Marketing teams.
Qualifications
- Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Launchmetrics is an advantage.
- A genuine interest in fashion and luxury.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities rigorously.
- Reliable in managing files, with diplomacy and attentive listening in professional interactions.
- Responsive, available, adaptable, tenacious, and collaborative.
