Role & Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and rollout of the annual marketing plan.
• Coordinate promotional activities and track initiatives.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Coordinate across the Marketing, Sales, E-commerce and Product departments.
• Ensure the brand’s visual identity and positioning are consistent across all materials.
• Conduct competitor and industry monitoring to identify trends.
• Help manage social media and website content.
• Contribute to writing and translating PR materials.
• Implement digital and traditional media campaigns.
• Monitor local partner implementations.
• Track campaign performance and prepare analyses and recommendations.
• Coordinate the creation and updating of marketing tools.
• Ensure the supply and distribution of promotional materials.
• Coordinate merchandising inventory and logistics.
• Track SIS implementation.
• Contribute to creating marketing content with external providers.
• Manage adaptations of materials for different markets.

Qualifications

• Higher education in Marketing, Communications, Business or an equivalent field.
• Experience in a similar role, ideally in the watchmaking industry or luxury sector.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Very good command of Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
• Organised, methodical and rigorous.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Team player.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Fluent in French and English; any other language is an asset.
