Beauty Advisor at Balmain Beauty, Mexico City – full-time temporary role for makeup artists with Estée Lauder Companies.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide inspirational, personalized, and authentic in-store beauty consultations and makeup application services
- Educate customers on cosmetic products, techniques, and brand offerings through engaging demonstrations
- Collaborate with the store team to execute in-store events and promotional activities
- Maintain and uphold high standards of visual merchandising throughout the sales area
- Operate retail point-of-sale software and manage transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Support the team in achieving store performance targets and competitive positioning
Qualifications
- Makeup artistry certification and/or previous retail beauty experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capacity to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems
- Proof of right to live and work in Mexico

Experience
While makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred, the employer welcomes applicants with demonstrated amateur-level creative and technical expertise who show strong potential for development.
Education
Makeup artistry certification or equivalent professional training is desirable but not mandatory; demonstrated creative and technical expertise at amateur level is acceptable.
