Role & Responsibilities
- Apply makeup artistry expertise to create personalized looks and provide product education to customers
- Deliver welcoming and inspirational in-store experiences that educate and delight clientele
- Collaborate with team members to execute in-store events and promotional activities
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards to differentiate the boutique from competitors
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and process customer transactions
- Work retail hours including daytime, evening, weekend, and special event shifts
Qualifications
- Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience (preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proof of right to live and work in Mexico
Skills
Experience
Amateur to professional-level makeup artistry experience welcome; retail makeup experience is preferred but not required. The employer welcomes dynamic self-starters with progressive career ambitions in prestige beauty.
Education
Certification in makeup artistry is desirable but not mandatory. Secondary education is assumed.
