Role & Responsibilities
- Provide creative and technical makeup application services and consultations to customers
- Deliver personalized, inspirational in-store beauty experiences that educate and delight customers
- Collaborate with team members to execute in-store events and promotional activities
- Maintain and uphold high standards of visual merchandising to differentiate the counter competitively
- Operate retail point-of-sale software and manage transaction processing
- Demonstrate authentic, customer-focused service in a dynamic retail environment
Qualifications
- Makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur-level experience acceptable if demonstrating high creative and technical capability
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Flexibility to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Prior experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Legal authorization to live and work in Mexico
Skills
Experience
While certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is desirable, the brand welcomes applicants with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate high creative and technical expertise, coupled with a passion for prestige beauty and personalized customer engagement.
Education
Makeup artistry certification or equivalent professional training is preferred but not required if applicants can demonstrate equivalent creative and technical competence through experience.
