Role & Responsibilities
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service using creative and technical makeup expertise
- Execute in-store beauty demonstrations and educate customers on Balmain Beauty products and application techniques
- Collaborate with team members to create impactful in-store events and activations
- Maintain and execute high-standard visual merchandising displays to differentiate the brand from competitors
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and process customer transactions
- Work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events to meet store operational needs
Qualifications
- Demonstrated high level of creative and technical makeup expertise (professional certification or amateur-level skill acceptable)
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capability to work flexible retail hours including weekends, evenings, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Right to live and work in Mexico (proof required for interview candidates)
Skills
Experience
Previous retail makeup experience or professional makeup artistry certification is preferred; however, candidates with amateur-level makeup expertise and a demonstrable passion for beauty and customer service are encouraged to apply.
Education
Professional makeup artistry certification or qualification is desirable but not required. Secondary education or equivalent is anticipated.
