Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, inspirational makeup consultations and applications that educate and delight customers
- Maintain advanced technical and creative expertise in makeup application techniques and product knowledge
- Participate in high-impact in-store events and brand activations to drive customer engagement
- Ensure consistent visual merchandising standards and in-store presentation to differentiate against competitors
- Operate retail point-of-sale software and process customer transactions efficiently

Qualifications

- Availability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
