The HR Reporting and HRIS Assistant supports Balmain’s Group HR team across social controlling, reporting, compensation and HRIS, including international payroll budgets, CSR metrics and HR intranet projects. This full-time apprenticeship begins in January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support monthly HR and financial closing activities.
- Support budget review processes, including data entry, monitoring and consolidation.
- Contribute to the development of payroll budgets.
- Analyse workforce and payroll variances against budget and forecast.
- Document procedures and best practices for social controlling tools.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of social controlling, including developing KPIs, automating reports and optimising processes.
- Build, manage and analyse payroll budgets and forecasts for Germany and the UK.
- Monitor and analyse HR indicators, including headcount, turnover and employee movements.
- Produce, maintain and distribute HR reports.
- Respond to mandatory legal, Group and industry surveys, including compensation surveys.
- Prepare studies and simulations to meet HR department needs.
- Support the implementation of the CSR approach, including calculating and analysing the gender equality index and proposing an action plan from January to February 2027.
- Collect data and calculate carbon footprint and non-financial performance statement indicators for countries outside France.
- Support the implementation of social policy across international entities and make proposals for its application.
- Calculate commissions for European boutiques.
- Participate in the salary review campaign.
- Support the structuring and implementation of the pay transparency initiative.
- Maintain HRIS tools with required data in collaboration with local HR contacts worldwide.
- Support and train operational teams in using HRIS tools.
- Support the rollout of HR intranets worldwide, including building and launching the Germany intranet in 2027.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources or Social Controlling.
- Strong interest in figures and excellent command of Excel.
- Organised and rigorous.
- Enjoys teamwork and has a strong sense of confidentiality.
- Good written and spoken English.
