Balmain Beauty seeks a Fragrance Specialist for its BT Dundrum location in Dublin, working 15 hours per week on a part-time basis. The role delivers personalized in-store customer experiences, supports events and visual merchandising, and welcomes applicants with amateur make-up artistry experience who can demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store customer experience that educates and delights customers.
- Use creative and technical make-up artistry expertise to support the customer experience.
- Work collaboratively with the team to create impact through in-store events.
- Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A make-up artistry qualification or previous retail make-up experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in Ireland if invited to interview.
