Balmain Beauty is seeking a Fragrance Advisor in Dublin to deliver personalized customer experiences, support in-store events and uphold visual merchandising standards. Previous retail fragrance experience is desirable, with amateur-level experience also welcomed; the role is full-time and regular.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Use creative and technical expertise and a passion for people to advise customers on fragrance.
- Contribute to in-store events as part of a high-performing team.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards to help the store stand out from competitors.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Be able to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Have previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Provide proof of the right to live and work in Ireland if invited to interview.

Previous retail fragrance experience is desirable; amateur-level experience is also welcomed.
