Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Execute agile business plans focused on customer acquisition and retention through strategic targeting and impactful in-store events
- Manage customer relationship initiatives and drive exceptional service standards at point of sale
- Recruit and manage talent to build and maintain a high-performing team
