About Balmain

Reporting to Client Development management and working with Retail teams and regional offices, the Clienteling Assistant supports retail network engagement and coordinates clienteling strategy across regions. This is a full-time, six-month internship starting in January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to engagement plans for the retail network.
- Coordinate the clienteling strategy across regions and report performance metrics.
- Compile client activation lists and regional best practices.
- Support regions in developing activations while ensuring compliance with guidelines.
- Develop and distribute clienteling tools to regions.
- Set up client campaign templates in the clienteling application.
- Monitor clienteling initiatives in the luxury sector and other industries.
- Help create training tools in response to clienteling challenges and objectives.
- Implement the onboarding project for in-store clienteling representatives.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing studies in marketing, commerce, or a related field.
- Able to work collaboratively across teams.
- Customer-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
- Good analytical skills.
- Dynamic, flexible, and autonomous.
- Proficient in spoken and written English, including reading.
