Balmain Beauty seeks a Beauty Advisor in Mexico City to deliver makeup services and personalized client experiences in a prestige retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, consultative beauty services and makeup applications that educate and inspire clients
- Deliver exceptional customer service with authentic engagement across all retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Maintain expert product knowledge across the Balmain Beauty collection and communicate benefits and applications to clients
- Execute in-store visual merchandising and maintain high presentation standards consistent with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to execute in-store events, activations, and seasonal campaigns
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and process transactions efficiently
- Achieve sales targets whilst prioritizing customer satisfaction and brand loyalty
Qualifications
- Demonstrated high-level creative and technical expertise in makeup application
- Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capacity to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Proof of legal right to live and work in Mexico
Skills
Experience
Makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; however, applicants with amateur-level creative expertise and a demonstrated passion for beauty and customer engagement are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment and contribute positively to a high-performing team.
Education
Certification in makeup artistry is desirable but not mandatory. Secondary education or equivalent is expected.
