Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized makeup application and product recommendations tailored to individual customer needs and preferences
- Deliver inspirational in-store experiences that educate customers about Balmain Beauty products and brand philosophy
- Collaborate with team members to execute in-store events and promotional campaigns that generate customer engagement and sales impact
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation to ensure competitive differentiation
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Build authentic customer relationships through consultative selling and follow-up engagement
Qualifications
- Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur-level experience acceptable if accompanied by demonstrated creative and technical expertise
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
- Capability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems

Skills
Experience
Makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; however, candidates with amateur-level experience and strong creative and technical capabilities are encouraged to apply.
Education
Makeup artistry certification or diploma preferred; high school diploma or equivalent minimum.
