Beauty Advisor position with Balmain Beauty by Estée Lauder in Monterrey, Mexico — full-time temporary role combining makeup artistry expertise with customer engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, inspirational in-store customer service that educates and delights clients on makeup application and product benefits
- Combine creative and technical makeup artistry expertise to deliver customized beauty consultations
- Collaborate with team members to execute high-impact in-store events and promotions
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards to ensure competitive differentiation and brand presentation
- Operate retail point-of-sale software and manage customer transactions
- Work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
- Qualification in makeup artistry or prior retail beauty experience (preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated high level of creative and technical makeup expertise
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Legal right to live and work in Mexico
Skills
Experience
Certification in makeup artistry and/or previous retail makeup experience is desirable; however, applicants demonstrating high-level creative and technical expertise at amateur level are welcome to apply.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred); makeup artistry certification or formal beauty training (desirable but not required).

The successful candidate will be located in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico.
