Balmain Beauty seeks Beauty Advisors in Mexico City to deliver personalized makeup consultations and drive in-store events in a prestige beauty retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert makeup artistry consultations and personalized beauty recommendations to customers
- Deliver exceptional customer service through inspirational and authentic engagement
- Execute in-store beauty events and demonstrations to drive customer engagement and sales
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the counter stands out competitively
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve store performance targets
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and process customer transactions
- Provide product education and technical expertise on Balmain Beauty collections
Qualifications
- Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated high level of creative and technical expertise in makeup application
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Legal right to live and work in Mexico
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
Skills
Experience
Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is desirable; however, candidates with amateur-level makeup experience who demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise are also encouraged to apply. Retail customer service experience is beneficial.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Formal certification in makeup artistry or cosmetology is advantageous but not mandatory.

The successful candidate will be located in Mexico City, Ciudad de México, Mexico.
