As a Beauty Advisor for Balmain Beauty, you will leverage creative and technical expertise to deliver an inspirational, personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers. Responsibilities include makeup artistry consultations, customer styling advice, and collaboration with the sales team on in-store events and visual merchandising to maintain competitive standards. Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert makeup artistry consultations and personalized beauty recommendations to customers
- Deliver exceptional customer service through inspirational and authentic engagement
- Execute in-store beauty events and demonstrations to drive customer engagement and sales
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the counter stands out competitively

Qualifications
- Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience (preferred)

- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Legal right to live and work in Mexico

Skills
Experience
Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is desirable; however, candidates with amateur-level makeup experience who demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise are also encouraged to apply. Retail customer service experience is beneficial.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Formal certification in makeup artistry or cosmetology is advantageous but not mandatory.
