Role & Responsibilities
- Combine creative and technical expertise to deliver personalized in-store beauty consultations that educate and delight customers
- Execute professional makeup application and skincare demonstrations to build customer confidence and drive product sales
- Collaborate with the in-store team to execute high-impact product launches and promotional events
- Maintain exemplary visual merchandising standards to ensure the beauty counter remains competitive and visually compelling
- Deliver inspirational and authentic customer service experiences that reflect the prestige and values of the Balmain Beauty brand
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions and manage inventory
Qualifications
- Certification in makeup artistry or prior retail beauty counter experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Proof of legal right to live and work in Mexico
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a fast-paced retail environment
Skills
Experience
While certification in makeup artistry and prior retail experience is preferred, the employer welcomes applicants with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate high levels of creative and technical expertise and a genuine passion for customer engagement.
