Beauty Advisor position at Balmain Beauty (Estée Lauder Companies) in Guadalajara, Mexico. Fulltime temporary makeup artist and sales role with flexible hours.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert makeup application, consultation, and personalized beauty recommendations to enhance the customer experience
- Execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive sales and brand awareness
- Maintain sophisticated visual merchandising standards throughout the retail space to differentiate the brand from competitors
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve store performance objectives and deliver consistent high standards of service
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems with accuracy and professionalism
- Educate customers on product benefits, usage techniques, and brand positioning
Qualifications
- Certification in makeup artistry or prior retail makeup experience (preferred but not required)
