Role & Responsibilities

• Support the team with wholesale operational and commercial processes.
• Assist with day-to-day business management and monitor customer returns and complaints.
• Help verify that customer orders comply with order forms.
• Prepare sales materials, including line sheets, sales books, customer files and customer codes.
• Support the monitoring and updating of customer records in coordination with Area Managers.
• Contribute to various administrative tasks.
• Help organize collection transportation for showrooms, trunk shows and pre-selling.
• Contribute to various projects.
• Assist with managing buyers’ appointment schedules during showrooms.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master’s-level qualification at a business school or university.
• A first professional experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and active listening abilities.
• Organized, rigorous and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Proactive and autonomous, with the ability to take initiative and work effectively in a team.
• Proficient in English, with excellent spoken and written skills (B2/C1 level).
