Role & Responsibilities
- Accompany the sales team on local product‑knowledge clinics and client appointments.
- Prepare and support wholesale reporting, sales summaries and visual merchandising guides.
- Track and organise sample requests across design, production, sales and client teams.
- Liaise with approved wholesale clients to relay product, sample and shipping information.
- Compile and maintain shipping, sales and inventory reports for the wholesale channel.
- Provide daily administrative support to the wholesale sales team and Sales Director (LG & RTW).
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university programme and eligible to receive academic credit.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated strong interest in luxury fashion and wholesale operations.

Experience
Entry‑level internship: no specific prior professional experience required. Administrative, retail or wholesale exposure is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in a university or college programme and eligible to receive academic credit for an internship.
