Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end wholesale order administration: receive, validate and process showroom orders, pre-orders and replenishments.

- Coordinate product allocations and monitor stock availability for wholesale partners.
- Organize and follow up on shipments domestically and internationally; manage delivery incidents and liaise with warehouse and carriers.
- Oversee invoicing workflows: issue credit notes, process returns and refacturations, and ensure compliance with monthly close procedures.
- Act as primary wholesale contact for order status inquiries, delivery timelines and dispute resolution.
- Support the commercial team with operational reporting, analyses and ad‑hoc requests.
- Maintain and update tracking dashboards and contribute to continuous improvement of order-to-cash processes and ERP tools.
Qualifications
- Bac +2/3 in commerce, business administration, logistics, sales administration or equivalent.
- 2–5 years' experience in sales administration (ADV) within wholesale / B2B environments.
- Professional command of English (written and spoken); Italian is a plus.
- Strong familiarity with wholesale flows and international logistics.
- Proven proficiency with ERP systems (experience with SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
- Organized, autonomous, rigorous and comfortable working in an agile, fast-moving international environment.
