Balenciaga Warehouse Team Leader position in Cerreto Guidi, Italy. Lead warehouse operations, manage inventory, and oversee logistics for luxury fashion production.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate warehouse operations personnel and assume hands-on responsibilities as required, including loading and unloading raw materials from transport vehicles
  • Monitor and record all physical inventory transactions in system and ensure accuracy of documentation against planned orders
  • Prepare and distribute materials to supply Cerreto Guidi cutting center and production lines
  • Manage daily outbound shipments of finished products and semi-finished goods
  • Conduct periodic inventory audits and stock verification activities
  • Oversee warehouse organization according to Lean Manufacturing principles and best practices
  • Lead and manage warehouse team members to ensure operational standards and performance targets

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a warehouse team leader or equivalent supervisory role within structured manufacturing environments, ideally in raw materials or finished goods operations
  • Demonstrated experience managing and developing warehouse teams
  • Proficiency with WMS (Warehouse Management System) and STEALTH 3000 software
  • Forklift certification
  • Strong knowledge of core warehouse processes: receiving, storage, packing, and shipping
  • Microsoft Office suite competency
